Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy explains how ProMen handles information collected through promen-us.com and project inquiries. For privacy questions or a request about your information, email [email protected] or call (213) 669-7369.
Information you provide
Our forms may collect your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, project type, preferred timing, project description, and files or photos you choose to upload. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed to explain your construction project.
Technical and inquiry information
The site uses cookies and browser storage for analytics and inquiry tracking. Information associated with an inquiry can include the page visited, entry page, referral source, campaign parameters, approximate time on the site, browser information, and technical connection information. Inquiry tracking also records actions such as opening an estimate form, an unfinished form interaction, and clicking a phone or text-message link. These actions do not necessarily mean that a message was sent or a conversation took place.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss your project, prepare estimates, manage project communications, maintain business records, and understand how visitors find and use the site. The business owner receives inquiries. Submitted form information is stored in the website database. Inquiry tracking and delivery also use service providers, including Supabase and messaging or email services. The website’s form configuration includes Telegram delivery.
Analytics, chat and external content
The site uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to measure website activity. Chat and embedded review services may process information when you use them or load their content. External services operate under their own privacy policies. Avoid entering project details into an analytics URL or other field that does not need them. You can control cookies and local storage through your browser; some features may work differently when storage is blocked.
Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, database, email, messaging, analytics, and chat providers may process information to operate the website and handle inquiries. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with applicable obligations or protect the business and website. Provider systems may process information outside your state or country.
Keeping and deleting information
We retain inquiry and project information for responding to requests, managing the related work, and maintaining business records. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and applicable obligations. You may contact us to ask about information held about you or request correction or deletion. We will review the request, verify it as needed, and explain any information that must be retained for an ongoing project or other applicable obligation.
Your choices
You can choose which optional details to submit, contact us by phone instead of using a form, manage browser storage, or request that we stop using your inquiry details for further follow-up. Requests concerning information held by an external provider may also need to be directed to that provider. We do not request children’s information through our project inquiry forms.
Browser privacy signals
The website does not currently change its analytics or inquiry tracking automatically in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Third-party services embedded on the site may collect information about activity over time and across other websites according to their own policies. You can use browser controls and contact us about your inquiry records.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when the website’s features or information handling changes. The date above identifies the latest update.
