ProMen sent over a drywall specialist the morning after I agreed to an estimate, arriving right on time before going onto repair a water damaged crack in our ceiling alongside a hole our electrician left us in a wall. 

Kitchen counters and flooring were covered in plastic and paper, and he moved our furniture out of the room, before starting the repairs. He did good work, allowing for each layer of repair applications sufficient dry times before moving forward to the following step.

I also appreciate the workman shared photos of the interior rafter after opening up a section for inspection, subsequently ruling out any mold growth and need for additional costs. The workman was polite, primarily communicating via translation app, but always answering all questions in satisfying detail. The home office was also available via text throughout the repair. Dima and his team helped me with extensive post Jan 2025 fire repairs to my home.  Dima is honest, responsive and prompt, clear and precise.  He gave me excellent recommendations when I wasnt sure what to do. He communicates often and very clearly, and makes sure he and his team are clear on what needs to be done. Their work product  is excellent. They arrived on time every day and worked consistently. Dima was onsite often to supervise his teams. While we ended up with some change orders due to unexpected discoveries once we opened some walls, they were fair and reasonable.  His pricing is more than fair.  And most importantly of all, he and his team made an extremely difficult and stressful time for me just that much better.  Dima was understanding and compassionate.  Simply amazing. Dima and his team did a phenomenal job renovating an old newspaper office into an open floor plan style for my store. New flooring, opening up walls, updated lighting throughout. And a whole lot of small bits and pieces to bring it up to date and make it beautiful and functional.I loved that they never guessed how I might want something done. We worked with Dima and his team, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

From day one, Dima was clear, communicative, and set expectations--and just as importantly, he stayed flexible and adaptive as the project faced (many) changes and delays. His crew has a wide range of skills, and it's obvious he holds them to very high standards. He was personally invested, stopping by multiple times per week to check on progress and make sure we were happy, even with a foreman on site. That level of dedication really stood out.

A couple special mentions of his team
- Toli (Foreman) - Licensed architect and ship engineer, with an incredible eye for detail. He handled everything from pocket doors and custom-fabricating oak frames/jambs to plumbing tasks like sinks. Beyond his technical precision, he often spotted issues and solved them before we even raised them. He's also a skilled finish carpenter--truly a jack-of-all-trades.
- Salimbec - Did some of the best tiling I've ever seen, especially with large format tiles. Perfect tolerances, thoughtful layout choices, and craftsmanship that speaks for itself.

In under four months they demoed walls, installed beams, renovated three bathrooms, added shear walls, built custom features, and fabricated/installed white oak doors and jambs. The quality of the work speaks for itself.

One thing I especially appreciated: integrity. When a window broke during construction (I didn't even know how), they replaced it without hesitation or prompting.

Even better, the crew showed up every morning at 8am sharp, worked full days, stayed late when needed, and cleaned up every night--our neighbors even noticed how reliable and professional they were.

This is my second time using Promen, each time for two entirely different jobs, and each time they were punctual, communicative and efficient. Every time they also quickly gave me estimate of the repair after evaluating the situation.

The first time, we had a jut out corner of drywall in our bathroom along with a portion of the internal beam that had started to crack and rot from moisture. They were able to quickly assess the issue, figure out an efficient fix, and managed to get it looking good as new in two sessions.

The second time, we had our the sliding glass door for our bathroom tub incur a critical failure: the sliding doors had popped off their rails, and the supporting frame on the top had come completely off the wall, only hanging by its friction against the wall. Dmytro was able to figure out a really quick fix, and had the door sliding like new, with a more secure installation, within the hour.

Decided to put a dividing wall into the garage to separate an office and gym and add a door in between. 

Found Dima on Yelp, he came out the same day to do measurements and got the estimate. He was great in communication, ideas and suggestions and respected my concerns during the construction. The estimate was on point and transparent, which I highly appreciate. The build lasted 4 days although estimated for 5 total days so that was nice surprise. Overall he is friendly and professional at all times.

You won't regret calling ProMen! Dima went above and beyond to accommodate the urgency of my needs. I am so happy with his work. He replies quickly, got any necessary supplies, and because he is highly knowledgeable, he was able to replace a broken mailbox within 30-45 mins. It required drilling into the cement to create holes for a new base - just so impressed how fast he was. He knows what he is doing; I look forward to working with him more. Thank you Dima!!
