Remodeling single family house

  • Location: Beverly Hills, CA
  • Cost: < $100
  • Year: 2025

We recently completed a full home renovation in Beverly Hills, CA (Los Angeles area). This was a true whole-house remodel focused on delivering a clean, modern look with a cohesive, high-end finish across the entire property. The scope included replacing all doors throughout the home, fully remodeling four bathrooms, building new showers, installing bathtubs, installing wood wall paneling on both interior and exterior walls, and updating the floors to refresh the look and flow of the space. Project approach (planning + execution): On a Beverly Hills home renovation, great results come from both craftsmanship and project management. We organized the remodel in clear phases (demolition, prep/corrections, installation, finishing, and punch list) and kept the jobsite controlled day-to-day. Floor and surface protection, dust control, and daily cleanup were part of the routine so the home stayed safe and orderly during construction.

We maintained consistent communication on sequencing and next steps so the homeowners always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and when decisions were needed. At the end of each phase, we did detailed walkthroughs and handled punch-list items to keep the final presentation clean and complete. Door replacement / door installation (throughout the home): We replaced all doors throughout the house and treated it as finish carpentry, not a quick swap. In many homes, openings are not perfectly square, so we focused on alignment, consistent reveals, smooth operation, and clean trim transitions. Each door was installed to close properly, sit correctly in the jamb, and look straight and uniform from every angle. This door installation work makes a big difference in how “finished” a home feels, especially in a Beverly Hills remodel where the details are noticed. Bathroom remodels (4 bathrooms) – Beverly Hills bathroom remodel: A major portion of this whole-house renovation was four complete bathroom remodels. Each bathroom renovation started with demolition and careful preparation so the final finishes would hold up long-term. We built new showers (custom shower builds and shower installation) and completed bathtub installations, focusing on clean layout, proper transitions, and a polished final presentation. In wet areas, durability matters as much as beauty, so we emphasized solid substrate preparation and correct waterproofing practices before moving into finish work. Tile lines, edges, corners, and overall symmetry were treated as high-visibility details, because bathrooms are where quality shows immediately. The end result is four upgraded bathrooms that feel modern, refined, and built to last. Wood wall paneling (interior + exterior): A signature design element on this project was wood wall paneling installed both inside and on the exterior walls. Interior wood wall paneling added warmth, texture, and a custom architectural feel, creating feature surfaces that elevate the home without feeling busy. On the outside, exterior wood paneling improved curb appeal and helped deliver a modern, design-forward Beverly Hills aesthetic. Paneling work is unforgiving, so we paid close attention to straight layout, tight seams, crisp edges, consistent spacing, and clean terminations at corners and transitions. The finished look is sharp, intentional, and premium. Flooring upgrade / flooring installation: We updated the flooring to unify the home’s look and create clean transitions between rooms. Flooring upgrades can expose uneven areas and tricky thresholds, so we focused on preparation and smooth transitions so the home feels cohesive rather than pieced together. The updated floors, combined with the new doors and wood wall panels, brought the entire interior together and made the space feel refreshed, modern, and high-end. Quality and coordination: Because this was a high-end Los Angeles home remodel, we stayed focused on the small things that protect the overall finish: straight lines, clean transitions, careful handling of materials, and a consistent standard from the first day of demo to the final cleanup. We coordinated deliveries and staging so work areas stayed efficient, and we respected the home while keeping progress steady. Final result: This was a full-scale Beverly Hills remodel requiring strong coordination across multiple trades: finish carpentry, door installation, bathroom remodeling, shower installation, bathtub installation, interior/exterior wood paneling, and flooring installation. The completed home now has upgraded bathrooms with new showers and tubs, new doors throughout, beautiful wood panel feature walls inside and out, and an interior that feels polished and cohesive. If you’re looking for a Los Angeles general contractor for a whole-house renovation in Beverly Hills, this project is a great example of the level of detail and craftsmanship we bring to the job.
